Bridal party responsibilities

Wouldn’t it be great if you had a group of all your closest friends or family to help you plan your wedding? Oh wait, you do! As important as this may be, your bridesmaids aren’t just around to look pretty in the photos on your big day. These gals were chosen by you to be your right-hand women throughout the planning process. Don’t let them get bored!

The hen party

The bride shouldn’t be expected to plan and pay for her own hen party. Your bridesmaids should know you well enough to plan something awesome that you will love! The bride may still have a say in what she does, but the largest part of the responsibility falls onto the bridesmaids.  Bachelorette Party Cups Bridesmaid Gifts Las Vegas Bachelorette Summer Cup Pool Cup Stemless Wine Glass to go cup Gifts for Bridesmaids Maid of Honor Wedding Gift Ideas

Shopping

Your bridesmaids can to help you shop for all your wedding items including outfits, venue, and other miscellaneous items that may be needed. Their opinions are well respected, and these women may sometimes know you better than you know yourself! It’s always good to have a second opinion. girlfriends walking and with shopping bags and purses

Give a speech

Your maid of honour would usually give a speech after or during the meal. Your maid of honour usually knows you best out of everyone so finding enough stories to tell about you shouldn’t prove a difficult task. She probably won’t be the only one giving a speech though, so she doesn’t need to panic.  maid of honor giving delivering speech to bride

Help and support

This is the most important responsibility your bridal party have. Even though the lead up to your wedding can be one of the most exciting times in your life, it can also be the busiest and most stressful. Your bridesmaids have to be prepared to be there for you whenever you need them, whether it is to call one of your vendors or to give their opinion on your shoes they need to be your support system every step of the way.
